VQ Orthocare has numerous sales rep openings across the country to sell our proprietary line of DME products, including orthopedic bracing, supports, electrical stimulation, & rehabilitation products.

At VQ Orthocare, our mission is to help people stay active and live pain-free. Our innovative products enable our sales representatives to make a difference in the everyday lives of patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal ailments and pain.

Our sales representatives work directly with health care professionals to provide products integral to their practice and patient outcomes as well as servicing patients directly. VQ OrthoCare bills 3rd party insurers such as Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and commercial insurers and also contracts to provide care to active duty military and veterans.

Successful sales representatives at VQ Orthocare have had prior experience selling products and services into the various channels within the medical marketplace (government services, such as the VA and military facilities, orthopedics clinics, pain management facilities, regenerative medicine treatment centers, physical therapy office, chiropractic, etc.) and are highly motivated to grow their business and provide outstanding services to their customers.

Our sales representatives’ job is to establish and foster relationships with customers whereby they become their resource. VQ Orthocare sales reps provide expertise on products and exceptional customer service to both HCP’s and patients alike.

What are the job expectations of a VQ Orthocare Sales Representative?

    • Build consultative relationships with physicians, surgeons, other health care professionals and key decision makers within a practice
    • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
    • Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
    • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company
    • Ability to educate prescribers and key influencers
    • Identify customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
    • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
    • Has the ability to sell, plan, organize, and implement account management.
    • Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including insurance and billing, competitors, and competitive products etc.
    • Measures and fits patients with VQ Orthocare products, effectively engaging with patients and providing excellent customer service, when required.
    • Travels extensively throughout assigned territory.
    • Is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives in assigned territory.
    • Identifies and assesses future accounts and opportunities.
    • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows, as needed
    • Represents VQ Orthocare positively and professionally.

Experience:

2 Years Sales Experience with related products
