ULTRAlign + is a prefabricated spinal brace backed by sound biomechanical principles and proven results.

Available in a lower-profile LSO (lumbosacral orthosis) and a TLSO (thoracic lumbosacral orthosis) version with a sternal pad or dorsal lumbar extension straps, this spinal system optimizes support while enhancing comfort.
