Job Description

The qualified individual that accepts this position will have the opportunity to be responsible for educating and fitting patients with VQ OrthoCare equipment in a professional and ethical manner, benefit & copay education, timely processing of prescriptions & other documents necessary for fitting and billing patients, plus providing training to other staff when required.

Demonstrate ability to deliver, set-up properly, instruct, and educate client base on the safe and appropriate use of VQ OrthoCare products as requested by the ordering physician both within and outside the assigned region in medical facilities or private residences.
Demonstrate ability to communicate benefits, deductibles and copays to patient.
Develop and maintain effective relationships and regular communication with dedicated doctor, office staff at any office where doctor practices.
Facilitate the submission of all documentation necessary for pre-authorization, billing and patient copays.
Ability to track orders to insure accuracy and timeliness of delivery and billing.
Ability to manage product inventory in possession or located at company storage facility / office in territory.
Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with sales Account Executives, customers and internal staff.
Proficient in standard MS Office software programs, such as Word & Excel and customer database programs.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years related experience in the medical industry and/or a customer service environment or equivalent of education plus directly related education, training and experience
Medical terminology proficiency or evidence of training is preferred.
Certified Athletic Trainer required.
